So last year my tenant bought a toilet valve for $250 from them that was 40 at Amazon and Home Depot. Today I go in to get a part for old ladies house, I asked for using my contractors number name and account. He said ok. Then charged me full price as a cash customer. $15.60 compared to 7.52 at Home Depot or Amazon. This was ok until he lied and said ran through my plumbers friends account. Needless to say I hope they enjoy the little money they made off of me. Also hope they enjoy this one star. As it should be a warning to those. Drive the extra 5 mins to Home Depot or bring your extra large tub of lube.

I went into the store on July 3rd needing to replace part of my well connections leading to my water softening system as they were leaking substantially. First we met a nice lady at the counter who not only knew what we needed but saved us money by selling us the complete kit. We had some questions and she referred us to George. Not only was he very knowledgeable but he helped talk us through a ruff patch on the installation. He even called us to check things we didnt talk about. Bottom line George was a huge help and I will continue to use these guys because he went above and beyond.
