My pond fountain pump developed a problem within the warranty period. After a few emails back and forth, a new pump was delivered and I retuned the “broken” pump to Half Off Ponds. I appreciated the assistance. Bob C

Customer service was friendly and sent me a replacement part for free even though I'd owned the pump for over a year! The email box is actually checked and replied to by people who speak English natively and are ready and willing to help.
