Halifax Flooring

Annette was the best with helping us get new carpet in our home. We had a lot of remodeling to do and had to keep pushing the carpet installation back. It happened 3-4 times. Annette was always understanding and patient. The carpet was installed very well and in a short amount of time. We are so happy with how it turned out and the customer service was great!

Halifax did the cabinets, countertops, LVP flooring, carpet, and tile for our new home. They did a beautiful job. Ben and his team were great to work with. They gave expert advice and were very patient with our indecisiveness. We're grateful for their hard work, fair pricing, and attention to detail.

My husband and I are still in shock of how our experience went. It took almost a year and a half to get our carpet installed, mostly right. To shorten the story, I'll share only a few highlights. 1. Despite confirming the day prior, no one showed up on install day, and we ended up moving back all the furniture we had moved out of the rooms. 2. On the second try for installation day, the installer showed up 3 hours late. When he arrived, he said he had accidentally gone to a neighbor's house. When I asked which neighbor, he tripped over his words multiple times before saying, "Never mind. There's no neighbor." 3. They only did part of the installation, and it took them HOURS to do just stairs. Do you know the binding used in the manufacturing process on the edges of the carpet roll?

I am so very happy with my transaction with Halifax, from the service, to the pricing, and the quality install! My 1956 home is not looking so 1956 anymore! I highly recommend them!
