Hall Heating And Air

Our 22-year-old AC unit finally called it quits on a 95-degree day. I called Hall's and they came out to install a new system the next day. The new Amana system cools a lot better, quieter, and more efficiently than our previous unit, the difference is quite impressive. Shout-out to Jojo, Denny, and Jacob for putting in the long hours and a great installation!

Let me start out with great service. I loved the experience. Julian came out to my home diagnosed the problem and knocked it out. Very happy with the results and the price was on target. Julian’s smile , respect, & willingness to stop what he’s doing & answer my questions is what won me over. Anyone out there who hasn’t tried Hall’s for plumbing, I encourage you to do so

The office personnel were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable; they kept me informed of every step of the process! Technician Luis Villanueva was both passionate and knowledgeable about the HVAC industry, and carefully explained everything to me in terms that I could easily understand (without being condescending). Hall's Heating and Air have been AMAZING!!! Starting with the customer service. Outstanding.. Jaron and Jakson arrived on time and they were very polite and ask us a few questions and then went right to work. They worked hard and efficient. Anytime we came out to see how they were doing. They would stop to talk to us and explain what they were doing and what they had already accomplished. As the job proceeded we could actually see all the new units up and we became very excited to see the finished product; of thier expertise work. They told us that they were twins when they introduced themselves. And we Can see the connection between them how well they work together. First I was very surprised that Hall's was willing to drive from Pampa all the way to Claude. Denny, Ty, Hecter, and Tyler were very professional throughout the installation. When we had a little hiccup with blow in isolation coming out of the vents, after many embarrassed apologies the guys were happy to vacuum it all up. I was even shocked with how accurate the digital thermostat is, how many options it has, and how detailed that they went into on how to use it on the unit itself and on my phone as well. What impressed me the most was the 99 year warranty, and even the fact that they were kind enough to even leave a new filter for the unit itself.
