MDRR is absolutely amazing, Randon is our roofer he redid our roof in pampa last year and he is also doing our roof in Dumas this year . I’m only giving a 5 star review because I can’t give them a 10 star review. Top notch customer service from Randon and Ron. The odds of a roofing nail puncturing my AC Condenser line would have been astronomical, to nobody’s fault, but, when it happened, they made a call and had it promptly taken care of. MDRR doesn’t give the taillight warranty, their customer service extends long after the last nail is driven.

Randon did an excellent job from start to finish. His communication and execution on services were not only thorough and smooth, he ensured his availability was still in effect for any issues that may arise in the future. I appreciate his rapid responses the most!

Randon Parks was such a big help to me! I have needed a roof for several years. Every time the wind blew I would lose shingles. Randon walked my roof and advised me to call my insurance company and file a claim. Today I have a beautiful roof!! This roof will last me a long time.
