I couldn’t be happier! Marcus is a blessing sent from above! It’s a Friday night, 10:00, coming off of a very hot day, moving on to a hotter weekend and this nice gentleman came and fixed my AC! Stayed and made sure it would keep working, figured out more needed done and with no hesitation, he got right back to work! I’m so grateful! I called Marcos at 7:30 pm. after 2 days of no callbacks from other hvac services in town. He was at my house at 8:00 the following morning. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Most of all, Marcos knew I was in a serious situation concerning my elderly parents, and he went above and beyond when nobody else could even return a phone call. They were very friendly, very professional and they did a wonderful job. Really what more can you ask for? He called to ask if he could arrive early, which to me was a huge win. It took them no time to install a vent in my laundry room and he did a regular maintenance to my system to make it run smoother. His wife was very nice and very sweet. This is an all around great company and it will definitely be our go to for all our heating and air needs. He even came by on a Sunday because my system blew a fuse and we didn't know what was wrong.
