Hall's Plumbing Heating & Air

First time I called Halls Plumbing last year they did a great job. However, I called them four weeks ago about a plumbing situation, made an appointment did the following day. normally I just received a bill in the mail. Then I get a call from my tenant saying they are still having issues and that halls never came. Now the system is costing me tons of money to fix highly do NOT recommend HALLS plumbing, not reliable. Also, not to mention, I called them about 15 times and left several voicemails. I absolutely have never left a bad review, but this is ridiculous!!

We had a leaking condensation line on our HVAC unit so we called for help! We received prompt service (less than 24hrs after our call), Joe Berryhill was extremely professional and knowledgeable while working on our unit. He explained the problem in detail and told us what initially caused the issue and fixed it right then and there!!! If and when we have problems again we definitely know who to call!!!

Have had them out twice for separate issues and have always been happy. They're pretty busy so it may take a little while to get them out (I'm sure they would be faster if it was urgent but mine weren't), but all the other plumbing companies never even got back to me due to the demand for them now. The price was very reasonable for both repairs and we haven't had any issues at all since they fixed up our problems. The installed a faucet on our kitchen, got our outdoor water faucet working again, unclogged our kitchen sink, and repaired a leak under our house.

Called to request service, girl said she'd talk to scheduler and call me back. Next day, I called again, got same answer in the morning, in the afternoon, I called and left message and no one has ever called me back. So, I moved on an will NEVER give them my business. Call JTW Plumbing...service is excellent, professional, and prompt!
