Hamernick's Flooring Solutions

This is the first time my wife and I used Hamernick's for carpeting. They were outstanding from start to end. Donny was fantastic to work with on identifying the carpet we wanted, along with the coordination and communication through out the entire project. Keith, the installer was the best person we had ever worked with in 30+ years of home ownership. Great communications, flexible with the scheduling based on needs, respectful of the home owners and just a nice person to talk to. For any of our flooring needs, we will only go to Hamernick's. This last project was the third time we've used Hammernik's in New Hope for a job (2 for carpet and 1 for LVT) and have been so happy with the quality of work and customer service. Scott's communication throughout the process has been so very appreciated! I've been recommending him and Hammernik's to several friends.

This by far has been the worse home improvement project that we have encountered!! This whole process from start to finish took 9 months when all was said and done, should have been only 3 months tops. It started with the wrong color flooring being delivered; to then having to wait for new transitions and vent colors to be ordered; to installers showing up without confirming date and times; to laminate flooring being installed inadequately with nails, gaps, and air pockets!! We had Hamernicks to see the quality and sent numerous back and forth with the vice president to only be ignored in the end. We recently purchased carpet for a 4 season porch, and LVP for a basement family room from Hamernick's in New Hope, MN. Our salesman John, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He ordered up carpet samples for us, and allowed us to take a number of LVP samples home as well. The installers for both the carpet and LVP were very prompt, and professional. We would highly recommend Hamernicks to anyone with flooring projects!
