Everything about the process was first class and exceeded my expectations. They replaced my office AC unit and I chose the for this project based upon their competitive price quote and a previous experience with Bob who did a great job. I could not believe how efficiently Hamilton Heating & Cooling and the crew operate and the affordability of their service and products. I sincerely recommend.

They installed a new AC unit at my house, but we kept running into issues with our line freezing. They came out numerous times, but failed to find the issue. I finally called another service and they said there was a leak in the line, and I should work with the company who installed the unit because it should be covered by warranty. I’ve tried calling multiple times and they refuse to send someone out to address the issue unless I pay an additional fee. I highly recommend finding another provider, based on my experience they are unreliable, unwilling to complete a job, and provide the worst customer experience.

Bob and Eric came to my home today and installed a new AC unit. They were on time and very professional. They explained how long the installation would take and the exact budget. They also managed to meet my schedule and worked within my budget. I do recommend Hamilton for Heating & Cooling needs.

Very professional company that will not cut corners. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and nice, from the schedulers to our skilled technician. Mike was prompt and efficient. He called ahead, was on time, and thorough. I felt the price was a little high, but he was service oriented and fixed our issue perfectly. Very satisfied with everything.
