Handier Than Thou came recommended by a trusted friend. Unfortunately, in our case it didn't go well. We clearly communicated the job details and scope to the owner, who confirmed them back to us. The workers were supposed to come on Thursday but we got a text from one of them saying he hurt his knee and could they come Friday instead. They arrived Friday but without the needed equipment, somehow being without the correct details of the job. They left and said they'd be back Saturday. Later that day they text saying they need to bump it to Sunday morning. Sunday morning came and went with no sign of the workers and no call or text from anyone. We texted the worker and got no response. We then texted the owner who then tried calling the worker several times, it went straight to voi
