Handle & Hinge

Just drove in the worst road conditions to drop a package off here, just to have it returned, today, to my front doorstep. The label already has a return address on it and I'm wondering why it was back on MY front doorstep after coming home from work? This item has a time sensitive timeframe on it to return, which is why I sent it out through this place (because it said you handled UPS packages and shipments as well). Just to have the label read incorrectly and having my item returned to me. Genuinely annoyed with this as it's important just to have the place I took it to screw it up.

This is a wonderful store! When we remodeled our kitchen, I got all of the knobs and pulls for my cabinets from Handle & Hinge. Caryn gave me personal service to help me find beautiful ones that look perfect! They are high quality and functional. Since then we have gone there for several hinges, knobs, and hooks. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unique gift items are available too.

I absolutely LOVE this shop. They have an abundance of eye candy for your home finishings. Customer service is wonderful. The best part is that they are in walking distance!
