MKD Kitchen and Bath

Used them on our new build, and it was a disaster from the start. Paid in full up front, they measured wrong and tried to charge me for their mistake. Install date kept getting pushed and I was getting different answers from everyone. When they finally installed everything was to tight, we had many gouges in the drywall they removed trim in 3 areas. Nicked my cabinets. AND proceeded to not have any of my backsplash and a small countertop. Hey are trying to charge me an additional $650 for who knows what and won’t finish or call me. Might as well hire anyone else. Per their response to this review I already had damage to the walls from when I removed the backsplash. Yet another example of not taking the time to look into the problem, this was a new build there was not a problem before hand

Think twice before you go with these guys. I hooked up with them through Costco. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. NO COMMUNICATION!!!!!!! My installer which no longer works for the company took short cuts. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT sign off immediately. The FASNASTIC man that came out & fixed my installers mistakes opened my eyes & went the extra mile for me. My installer was supposed to file the rough edges on all the cabinets & he DID NOT. He only put ONE SCREW PER HINGE. I never noticed but the other guy did. These are independent contractors so I have to say the gentlemen from the granite company are WONDERFUL. My backsplash matches my countertop. The seaming is flawless. They went the extra mile. From signing the contract to actually finishing was 6 MONTHS. Nobody

I had quartz countertop installed a few months ago. Crack was noticed on island countertop while installers were packing up. Installers attempted to repair the crack, but ultimately assured me it would be replaced. A month later I had not heard from MKD, so I called and they told me they need to schedule a repair tech to come out. I expressed my concern with the idea of having the counter top repaired when it was installed cracked, but allowed him to come out. Right away the repair tech admitted there was no repair that he would be able to do and the crack would continue to grow. He said the only option was for them to replace the countertop. After 5 weeks I called to check on progress and when they checked their notes it said that I was happy with the repair and that my concern of it crac

The countertops look great. The seam is very clean and definitely not noticeable. The guys; Doug and Dale were professional and friendly. They cleaned up their mess. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I went through Lowes to get my kitchen countertops replaced and MKD did a fine job and there were no scheduling or communication issues, which I appreciated. The workers were on the younger side, but they were actually still very experienced and know how to do a very good job - both the young man who came to measure and the installers too. They were always on time, courteous, and hard working - with perfect results. We are so happy with our new countertops - thank you MKD!
