Great group of folks to work with! Everybody is professional and courteous. Denise in the office does a great job communicating with us in a timely manner. Junior, our Project Manager is wonderful to work with! Our home is older and has some surprises from previous owners construction; Junior always has good solutions. He also has good ideas to meet our requests. We have done 3 projects with Handy Dads and they have all been completed on time and on budget. We are currently working with Junior and Handy Dads to do 2 more projects. Handy Dads is our ‘go too’ contractor.

We had our kitchen remodeled by Handy Dads and our hardwood floors refinished. Wow! They did such a beautiful job, and everyone was so nice! Junior was our Project Manager, and he and his team were professional and did stunning work! We priced our kitchen with three other contractors, and we are happy we went with Handy Dads. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them on future home renovations.

I used Handy Dads for a basement buildout which was completed about 7 weeks ago. This project was estimated to be completed within 8 weeks and it took more than 6 months. For the first few months Handy Dad’s barely came to the house sending over 1 or 2 people once a week. On many occasions the foreman didn’t show up frustrating the subcontractors and leaving me to provide directions. There were many mistakes made on the project from start to finish, including electrical, wiring, plumbing, tile, and A/C. After almost 8 weeks of slow progress, I contacted the project manager and part owner, Denise, to tell her how unhappy I was and she tried to assure me that things would get back on track . We hired Handy Dads to expand and enclose our deck. The workers randomly showed up. We had to pay an electrician to repair the electric work. The cement is sloppy and it’s also in the surrounding area so we have to break it up to plant grass. It also hardened around the water hose area where they must’ve cleaned their tools. The cuts around the stairs are unsightly. The overall structure is what we wanted and will enjoy the space all year through. After what we spent, I would’ve expected high quality work.

GREAT Experience!!! Extremely satisfied with the work provided by Julio and his team (Ricardo and Jose) on a master bathroom shower upgrade. Julio was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project - doing all the things a great project manager should. Phenomenal craftmanship, work areas cleaned daily, and great follow through on every issue lead to hugely successful results. I had never done a major renovation like this before, so I spent time researching this project to give myself basic knowledge of all the required pieces and how they work (plumbing, fixtures, tiling, etc). I think this is important to ensure the success of any project you want to take on.
