Handyman mark

Mark told us he may not be able to come out for a few weeks, we appreciated the heads up. He ended up coming sooner and had the job done in 2 days. We needed our friend steps replaced, the price was reasonable did a great job with cleanup, and he stayed with the price he quoted. Will definitely call him again for any jobs needed. Thank you great job.

Mark was extremely responsive every step of the way, and did a fantastic job replacing my bulkhead stairs. The job took about 5 hours, start to finish including cleanup - all pieces were custom cut and fit, no kits from Home Depot!!! Pics of the finished work for reference. Updated: As you can see his review on my comment, he says his customer a liar when he can’t satisfy their expectation. People lie but pictures don’t lie. Please see the pictures of his work and make your own decision on his ability and quality. He painted my rental property about 1000sf. He didn’t patch holes, didn’t patch any crack. He just painted walls with two coats and received $1800. And he THREATENED me after I complained his work. He is horrible.

Mark replaced a kitchen sink that had been a source of frustration for me since I bought my house almost two years ago. Mark gave me great advice on how to pick out a new sink for my kitchen. Mark and another gentleman showed up early put down drop cloths and went to work. A few hours later I had a new sink and garbage disposal installed. Mark is the man I will call for my home projects in the future. Thanks Mark!

I needed a drop down attic door replaced quickly and Mark was able to take care of it within one day. I was happy with the work and asked him to quote a good amount of trim replacement on my house that had some rot. Over three days he again knocked out the work and my house looks great. What I appreciate most is how he makes sure you are 100% satisfied before he considers the job complete. It is impossible to find someone to do the small jobs that drive you crazy. Mark does great work and I will be passing along his name to my neighbors for their needs.
