Tom handled a list of jobs I needed completed at a house I recently purchased as a rental property. The list included a variety of tasks such as lighting issues, hanging a new chandelier, installing new outdoor lights, painting some inside trim, repairing gate and cabinet hardware, and other things I wanted fixed before new tenants moved in that weekend. He completed everything in just over a day with quality results. He returned the next morning to finish up only to find that there had been a major roof leak from heavy rains overnight. Even though that was completely unexpected, Tom adjusted his schedule to clean up the mess and patch the leak well enough to last until the roof could be repaired. Very happy with the extra shelving Tom installed throughout my new home. He was able to add another matching shelf in all most every closet, including the laundry room. Tom was easy to work with and always asked what my choice was for materials, and height and width options. Tom was always good about confirming dates and times.
