So back at the beginning of May I had a company called Bath planet come out to remodel my wet area, the shower and bathtub area and I still needed the rest of my bathroom to be remodeled so I called up Handy Pros Of Northwest Indiana. Steve Fugate immediately responded to my call and then the process began. His worker Daniel Rys came out to my house alongside his assistant, Dave, and they were just about the nicest most helpful contractors I’ve ever encountered. Daniel took his time with the project and the one thing he found that I didn’t even know about was how my toilet flange was bad, but he went out of his way to fix that and to make sure the subfloor underneath the toilet wasn’t rotted. I had an appointment scheduled with this company during the day on a Friday. My husband took off work to be home and meet with the contactor. The guy no call no showed on us. Two hours later I got a call from the supervisor making excuses for the guy and trying to reschedule. I said it was fine and made an appointment for a Monday evening so that my husband could be home this time. Guy just called and said he was having 'car problems' and needed to reschedule again. Not a problem Handy Pro! Just going to go with a different company that has actual professionals working for them. So. Dissatisfied. Reply: The man that met with my husband was the second contractor I had been given for this job over the course of two days. My husband had just walked through the door from work and never agreed

They did a horrible job in my bathroom last year is not safe for a handicap person they spackle another room that was not in the specks for the remodel job though the the home modification. They took three weeks to due a bathroom in my house. They left me and my dad waterless for ten days. They cracked the shower enclosure. They spilled a half a gallon of expensive paint in the bathroom. They cracked the collar in the toilet. They did not sealed the toilet. They cut flooring up to put under the floor and the floor moves now. The sink is leaning and the cabinet as well. And to top it all off they were drunk every day. I would not recommend them to any one to due work in your house😫

I booked a door installation 2 months in advance. The door was supposed to be delivered and installed on Monday April 22nd. The installer shows up thinking it was just an appointment for measuring the doorway. I don't know how they got there information messed up. He proceeded to measure the doorway and said he was going to go get the door. He never brought the door that day said he would have to have help getting it on and off the truck. He never showed up the following day either. I tried to call his number and he never answered the phone three different times. I called his boss the boss couldn't get a hold of him either. Stay away from this company they don't hire dependable people.

Luis stood me up 3 times. There is just no excuse for this kind of thing. This morning I was supposed to meet him at a property at a time he suggested (since he missed out last appointment). When I tried to call him no answer and no call from his company to apologize or anything.
