Would consider another roofer. Wish I checked the reviews sooner. 60k job and left with a sagging hip roof. Hannah does not back its work.

Luke's a great guy, and I'm not sure if his company didn't make it, but as a subcontractor we were stiffed for $24,000 without an explanation. They're no longer answering calls or emails. Proceed with caution.

Very unprofessional. Lack of communication from start to finish. I filed an insurance claim because my basement flooded and was set to have this company complete the work for me. It took them almost two weeks for them to provide an estimate to my insurance and every time I would call to get a status update from them they would either not answer my call or call me back. When I finally got the estimate, I then waited to get a call from this company to schedule a start date and got nothing. I decided to call them myself and NEVER got a call back. If they are this bad with communication I can only imagine what the workmanship is like. I Would never recommend them to anyone. A waste of time and added on stress I already am dealing with getting my home back to normal.
