Wow. Where do I even begin? If I could give them negative stars, I would. I hired them to install a fence — you know, a simple boundary marker, not the Great Wall of China. And yet somehow, they managed to turn this into an epic saga of broken promises, delayed timelines, and craftsmanship that even a blindfolded raccoon could outperform. The crew showed up late, left early, and took more breaks than a Netflix binge-watcher. I think I saw more fence posts leaning than standing straight. One section actually waves in the wind like it’s trying to escape Communication? Nonexistent. I’ve had more engaging conversations with my toaster. When I called for an update, I was told, “We’re on it.” Still waiting. They must be using smoke signals. Also, thank you for leaving a lovely trail of garbag

I would like to share that I have had a wonderful experience working with the Hansen Bros Fence Company. They matched a previous fence and fixed a gate that needed attention. They took their time with accurately measuring and making sure the fence was level and rechecked several times. The workers were also very friendly. I highly recommend this company!!! They were prompt and there were no issues.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Hansen Bros Fence. This went way above and beyond the fence we paid them to install (which was executed beautifully and timely). While on my job, the fence gates at a non-profit animal shelter where I volunteer broke – I sourced them and they fixed it at no charge. These are the types of businesses we need to support!

I worked with Doug who I found very helpful. We had a little over 200ft of yard to fence in, and chain link fence to remove. Price was competitive, only 2 weeks until they started after signing the contract. I had last minute adjustments that they accommodated well. The job was finished in a week. The fence looks great, every board and post is perfectly aligned at the top including the gate. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I've never written a bad review as I've always tried to work things out with a company directly. But after multiple times requesting service, I've yet to have anyone show up or return my calls. I would advice everyone to do business elsewhere. I even contacted a Hansen family member and they didn't return my call. I explained that the repairs needed were for security because I have a pool. It didn't matter - no one showed. Again, don't do business with this company. I'm contacting the better business bureau. (
