Our HOA hired them to replace roofs on phase one of our community. Obviously, it's a large project and was very expensive. The first winter after the roof installation , there were leaks. They did not stand by their work and either they did not respond to fix the issues or when they did respond acted as if we were troubling them. They even broke a patio table in the backyard of my neighbor and did not replace it. Our HOA had no choice but to hire different roofers to fix the leaks when it should have been covered under their warranty. I will say that I do not represent the HOA. I am an owner who lives here and I'm very angry because this affects our community, costs a lot of money to fix, and ultimately cost more for myself and neighbors to live here. Harberts repair persons were fast and Jonny-on-the-spot! We have a concrete tile roof (not installed by Harbert), and the techs were very careful and diagnosed the issue quickly and with great care. We highly suggest Harbert roofing for any and ALL of your roofing needs.

They were great to work with. Bri, in the office was upbeat, knowledgeable and efficient. John ,the estimator, followed the job from start to finish - he had some great ideas and was a problem solver - and one hell of a nice guy. The crews were quick, punctual, skilled and respectful.

Harbert Roofing did a GREAT job on our roof replacement, all of the guys were competent and kept everything cleaned up. John was terrific at overseeing the job and making sure all was done correctly. Very competitive price! I would not hesitate to use their services again.
