Oops! Dropped my watch in ten feet of muddy water in Spa Creek while attempting to tie to mooring ball. Bill came over and dove for over an hour to no avail. Said he was determined to find it and would try again in a few days. So, yesterday he came again and persevered until he had watch in hand. Bill is caring and professional and cares about his customers personal feelings. Job well done and many warm thanks.
