They're always there when you need a tool or something,affordable prices.

Would definitely be 5 stars if some things were easier to find. Also I came to the store twice today and they didnt allow me to set up a new account or change my phone number. Some of the cashiers are very lazy and slow. But the prices, deals and sales keep me coming back. Just wish I could spend less time in the store hunting down tools and specific items. I always assume it will be quick and easy but some things are definitely not where they should be.

We were greeted upon arrival to the store & offered help several times to locate items.

This rating pertains to this individual (East Peoria) store and not the overall company. Workers are very helpful, partly annoyingly so when I’ve been browsing for a while, but that’s part of the gig so I get it. They’ve honored every warranty I’ve had to process. The Bauer dremel- once on a 1 year paid warranty plan and the other on the standard Bauer warranty. Have not had any hand tool/lifetime warranties so I can’t say on those. Only recommendation would be to have more copies of the weekly deals in the store. Last time I needed one I believe the sole copy is chained to a shelf. 99 percent of the time it’s a non issue.
