Harbor Freight

Quick Fact: 90-day return policy, for open box items, 5-day return policy. I woke up with one of my tires flat this morning. So I need to pump it up in order to get it to discount tire. I decided to come to Harbor freight for a tire pump because they have more than one option. I looked on their website and many of them were in stock. They all had decent pricing. When I got there, I saw that they had started their Black Friday sale. It was very good with many items being heavily discounted. I mean, Harbor Freight already has decent pricing so with a discount on top of that there were a lot of good deals to be had. I also saw that they had these sockets that were colorful. This was my first time shopping at Harbor Freight, and unfortunately, my overall experience was not good. The only reason I left 5 stars is that I was able to return the item, and the gentleman who helped me during the process was very kind. I recently purchased a product online but received it in an open-box condition. The first layer of tape had already been cut, and additional layers had been applied over it. Since I paid full price, I contacted customer service via email. Elsa, a Senior Associate at the Contact Center, confirmed that a nearby store had five units in stock. I love this store but im sick of the shoplifters and the employees not being able to do anything about it. It's a huge security problem letting these kinda people steal daily not the image you want for a store. Why should I buy stuff you your company police says you can't do anything about.

The staff was friendly, and they had what I needed for a cheap price. The product quality is, well, if you shop there you know what your getting. It's great for things you're only going to use a few times. I needed a hitch riser extension for my tow rack. It's not exactly what I wanted, but hey, in stock same day.

LED shop lights on sale. Staff restocked shelf quickly and provided knowledgeable help. Good location near related businesses I needed to visit.
