Hard Rock Concrete Cutters

I ended up needing to remove 12 4-foot high concrete-filled steel pipe bollards from a parking lot. It was very important to have them cut flush to the concrete surface, and have it done quickly due to the crane coming the next day to have everything cleared out so they could get next to the equipment they were loading. Matt and his assistant showed up on time, worked like maniacs in rainy, cold weather and did the work in half the time I expected. There wasn't a fraction of an inch of bollards left above the parking lot surface, better than I thought could be done. I wish all contractors could be as capable as these guys were.

Very poor communication. Nothing in writing and won't stand by their product or service whatsoever. Steer clear!

Office/ Dispatch staff are friendly, professional and fast. The techs are extremely hard working and do wonderful work. They are promt, fast but efficient and take good care of whatever space they are working in! They work long hours and never hesitate to pick up more for a last minute or emergency job. I wouldn't recommend another company over them, ever!

I just want to thank you for hiring a great person who isn’t afraid to help others. I had a blow out on rt31 and it would have taken me twice and long to get on my way. He didn’t have to help but it completely changed my day. Thank you to the guy with the pipe. If anyone knows him I want to send him a check to say thank. It meant a lot.

If you want some concrete out of your way, these are the guys to call. Lars was our sales person and Jesse did the cutting. Very professional people to deal with, from start to finish. They put up plastic to protect the areas of the house that could get some slurry flung at it in the process of cutting out the pieces we needed removed to install our under ground gutter drainage system. The cleaned up before they left and made sure I was happy with the work and results. I cannot recommend this company enough, the pricing was excellent and they were here within a week of the quote which gets the rest of the project moving along at a good pace. Thank you Hard Rock, you guys really do rock!
