I just got off the phone with him. The guy quoted me $590.25 to have it delivered to my home on 209 S., which is only a couple of miles away when he transferred me back for payment the lady wanted to charge me additional money for delivery, even though he had asked where I lived, so I guess I’m not getting crushed Crete from them. They don’t even know what their prices are and they try to charge you more than what they told you they were going to charge.

So they come in an out of the neighborhood and leave mud and rock all up and down the road. Called them and they said they would take care of it. They turn in so fast it spills and they done care what happens. Would never buy concrete from these guys.

If you have time and money to waste this is your place! First, I ordered 9 yards of concrete for a driveway, they were one hour and a half late. I understood things happen gave them another try the follow week. We ordered 10 yards of concrete and we needed to reserve a pump. Pump gets to our home as scheduled and hard rock materials calls me while my pump is already waiting and says they’re running an hour behind. Pump is charging $100 an hour while sitting. 3pm rolls around and this time, I call them. Hard Rock Materials says, they’re late again. They will show up at 5pm. My appointment was at 2pm to being with. I decided to cancel everything. Within minutes manager calls me and says, I’ll fit you in at 4pm. I'm a concrete and masonry contractor in NEFL. I had been a customer of this company for 15 years. I would occasionally get bad service. But for the last 18 months, their scheduling has been nothing but a series of lies that cost me thousands of dollars. They over book and under perform. It's all fueled by greed at the expense of hard working individuals. Do not patronize this company. Trust me, its just not worth it....

Our contractor used this company for a patio extension at our home. There is no way I could honestly tell anyone to use this company. When the driver was finished and our contractor was in our backyard the driver cleaned his truck(the left over cement)out in our front yard and left a huge mess. Killing our grass and our contractor and my husband took days trying to clean up. I contacted the company by phone and e-mail, never replied back, period. So now we have sod to replace after spending days cleaning up 2" and 4" of cement. I guess the driver was not smart enough to take it back to the company and do the cleaning there.
