He was great when we bought the flooring and even let me know what was best with my 3 big dogs. Less than a month after it was installed, I noticed a couple odd scratches on my scratch resistant floor. When I called Steve, he immediately informed me it was from my dogs (obviously not or my entire floor would look like that). After a discussion, he said he would call the manufacturer. I have not heard from him in a month! He didn't want to deal with me or my warranty of the flooring. DON'T USE THIS MAN IF YOU WANT WARRANTY WORK OR PRODUCT!

Super sweet people, knowledgeable. They've done a great job in my home & look forward to working with them on a church project!
