Brent has been doing the monthly service at our home since we moved in 2 years ago. He is literally one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He never hesitates to take a look at any areas of concern and leaves everything tidy. Super friendly and his communication is top notch. Let’s me know the day before he’s coming and again when he’s on the way. He makes the whole process comfortable and seamless.
Zach Hulbert is the reason I chose Terminix for my pest / termite needs. He was very knowledgeable and honest when it came to deciding what services I need. He also explained the different services Terminix offered that I was not aware of. He will always be my go to contact and is always responsive when I have questions.
We lucked out and had Brad from Pittsboro get called over to redo the vapor barrier under our house in Greensboro. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job! I would recommend him to everyone!
He let us know when he arrived, told us about how long it would take, and what we needed to keep our dogs safe after he completed.
