I recently had a problem with my AC and had originally went with a different company that instead of even checking out my unit, told me there was nothing that could be done and I needed a newer unit added to the end of my home. Wanting a second opinion I called PDQ. The Owner Eddie came out next day assessed my system and had my AC working and cooling great in probably 45 min or less. Great service, great people!

We had a problem with our heating system this morning and I called Mr. Dixon around 8:10am, (Saturday morning), and he called me back shortly afterwards and said he could be at our house around 10am to check it out. He arrived on time, diagnosed the system and found the problem. While fixing the unit, he did check out the entire system to make sure there wasn't any other identifiable problems and told me that we were good to go! Mr. Dixon has gained a customer for life and I will recommend him to anyone who's in need of HVAC services and routine maintenance.
