So disappointed in Harrison Appliances. On 1/20/26, we had a French Door trio Frigidaire delivered. This has a duel ice maker. Top ice maker worked immediately, but ice maker in the freezer NEVER produced any ice. Thus, Harrison Appliance delivered a defective refrigerator!!!!! Called 48 hours after delivery, and their response to me was for me to call Frigidaire. It’s under warranty. No support from them at all. It’s not like it worked for a few days then broke. I think they should stand by their products. Be very wary of making purchases here.

Harrison appliance is a nice used and new appliance place located in Dinwiddie county. They sell everything from washers, dryers, dishwashers, lawn mowers, and much more. You can get the appliances or items at a very good price. We have always bought most of our appliances from Harrison's. They always give you a warranty with the appliance. They are name brand appliances. A highly recommend Harrison's appliance Incorporated.

Technician was very efficient as well as the office staff when sending over required information for my warranty company. I have used them several times and have never had a bad service call. They don't try to add on additional unneeded things and they take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend! So far I have used them 4 times with no problems or repeat issues. A+++

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I live somewhere apparently Whirlpool doesn't have warranty technicians that can get to me, so I called Harrison Appliance to come check out my freezer! They were super quick to come out! Ian, cleaned my coils and the freezer started working again, but the ice maker still wasn't working SO, Ian came out again (at no charge) and determined the ice maker was bad. Whirlpool then ordered an ice maker. THEN my freezer stopped working AGAIN, so Harrison sent someone ELSE out AT NO CHARGE to see what was going on. He found the issue and I basically needed a new fridge. Anywho, that was just the gist of the fridge issue... I can tell you what, I will NEVER deal with another appliance place again after knowing how AWESOME THESE GUYS ARE at not only

Came to my mother's house and looked at multiple appliances. She was informed they would order the part for her dishwasher. 8 months later, no part and she was told that they have no record of ordering the part. Beware of shady employees and lies.
