Trucks from Harrison Construction’s Maryville facility regularly haul uncovered loads of gravel and sand, violating Tennessee Code § 55-7-109. Debris frequently falls onto public roads, especially at Court and W Lamar Alexander Pkwy, damaging vehicles and forcing city crews to clean up—wasting taxpayer money. The “stay back” signs on their trucks don’t excuse the hazard. I’ve captured photos and videos showing fully loaded trucks spilling material. This is a serious safety issue and a clear violation of state law.
Harrison concrete drive delivered concrete and then dumped the remaining in the yard of my existing home.
