Just moved to NSB and needed some electrical work do. Six or seven minor issues that needed addressing both nothing big. yesterday we had a major problem and the owner made an emergency visit to our house in 20 minutes and took care of the problem (Terry). I made an appointment to have someone come the next morning to take care of the remaining problems. We are very pleased with fast service, professional attitude and fast work that we experienced. Called the week of Christmas. They answered the phone, took my number, said they could come out the week of New Years, and said they would call me the following week. They never called me back. I tried calling them again a few weeks ago and left a message to reschedule for another time. They still never called back. I can’t speak to their quality of work. Maybe they’re just so busy that they don’t need my business. We ended up just doing the work ourselves.
