Company is a joke... staffs rude, I went in for a thermopile for my ao smith water heater, "were wholesale only" felt as though they were throwing me out. Just because I dont own or work in the plumbing industry, I am however a licensed HVAC tech. Your company and business model is a flaming dumpster fire. I asked them where I could get 1 and they said to call a plumber. WOW great advice thanks for nothing. My advice to anyone looking for parts or any plumbing supplies is call or go see there competitor Reeves Wiedeman. They sell to the public.

Harrisonville Winnelson is the company you want to go with if you want a hard working staff with great customer service. I love my new under-mounted pounded copper sink that I had installed in myI kitchen last month. I am highly satisfied. Thank you always for being honest, friendly and real.

This place went downhill after Jeremy became the owner about 4 years ago. He's arrogant and disrespectful. The good staff he ran off. I was a customer before him and really miss that atmosphere. When you walk in, he doesn't see you, he just sees your wallet. You can find all items cheaper elsewhere. Many local contractors don't use.
