I felt like their service is a scam. The sewer line that goes out of the property is cracked; they came and looked at it and agree the coverage that I have should cover the repair. But now, they are asking me to remove the entire concrete porch for them to fix the cast iron. Removing entire porch is an expensive task. My own private plumbers are telling me that there is no need to remove the porch or steps, but this company wants to deny me coverage using the porch as an excuse. Every row house in Philadelphia has porch and steps! I am canceling this bogus plan, which I pay $25 a month for.

I had a plumbing emergency. The company says they are open 24 hours… my sewage line was being blocked by tree roots and I could not use any water in my house or raw sewage would back flow into my yard. They told me they had 24 hours to come fix the problem so they gave me an appointment for 8-12 the next day. I had a doctor’s appointment at 8 am so my mother who works over nights was at the house for me. the guy called me at 8:15 and said he was close I asked him to simply knock on the door because my mom was at the house but could have fallen asleep on the couch. I got home from my appointment at 9:15 and the work was not done I called the guy back and he said he waited 10 mins and knocked several times and got no response so he left. I had an appointment today with Hartmann's Plumbing. The appointment was between 8:00 and 11:00am and I received a call at 10:40 am advising me that the worker's truck broke down, and my appointment was canceled. The next appointment they had was on Friday, 2 days later. I understand that things happen but the customer service was poor.
