Hartman's Appliance Repair Sanford

Our washing machine's tub got out of balance while spinning, making a lot noise and stopping to rest itself. I called Hartman's on a Friday afternoon. They thoroughly explained their repair policy and put me on their schedule for the following Monday. Jerry came out and quickly diagnosed a problem with the suspension rods. He priced the replacement parts with Samsung, then recommended we go online to search for a less expensive option, giving me the exact part number to search. I ordered the 4-pack through Amazon. It came on Tuesday, and Jerry returned on Wednesday. He completed the repair in short order. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, fast and effective. Jerry was experienced and diagnosed our dryer. He communicated what was wrong, how much and the parts order and repairs done. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Hartman’s tech Jerry was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Took his time to make certain what my appliance’s issue was and what needed to be done to repair it. When the part came in Jerry was able to install and get things to back how they were. Great service, competitive rates and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Overall, a pleasant experience. I would have rated 5 stars, however...parts had to be ordered. Not a deal breaker, but with most appliance repairs it's the same culprits parts wise. It would be smart of them to stock the repair vehicles with these parts so the repairs can be completed the same day as the initial visit/diagnosis.
