We called Harvest Heating Service for issues with our air conditioner not cooling. Within 15 minutes we had them at our house in Palm Desert diagnosing the unit. We were shocked how quickly and they came and gave us a full explanation of the AC unit. We truly appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful the technician was. We’ve used a couple different AC services that service the Palm Desert area and this was the most comprehensive explanation and repair we’ve received. He was able to actual diagnose and fix the air conditioner without just trying to sell us a new AC. I’ve already referred them to family. If you’re looking for a honest and knowledgeable AC repair service in the Palm Desert area I’d recommend calling these guys. They can actually fix the issue. Great company!
