He quickly diagnosed my issue, replaced the bad capacitor and topped off my coolant in my air conditioner unit. Ben was super nice and he lived up to the hype! I called Ben this past Saturday, realizing my water heater was leaking. He responded quickly and got the new heater and installed the next day, which was Sunday. He worked until late and made sure the new water heater was working properly before he left. He is professional, compassionate, and most importantly, took time to explain everything. I have to say that Ben Harvey is absolute lifesaver when it comes to AC repair. Ben contacted us and was at our home extremely fast and the AC was fixed in a very timely manner. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable on what needed to be done he was affordable and did not try to overcharge for service. Ben and his partner were polite and explained the entire process as they were repairing the AC unit. I will definitely be using Ben for any future repairs or replacement needs.
