This company, crew and owner, Austin are exceptional! His commitment, organizational skills, workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism are unmatched. We have a vacation property in Virginia, about 4 hours from our home. We were visiting and I noticed mold in the cabinets. I called my insurance company, and they led me to Austin. He is a LIFESAVER! He immediately assessed the situation and contacted me to discuss. Our place had to be gutted. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND. My husband and I came home from vacation to our bathroom ceiling caving in. Hassel Free came over the same evening I called them (I called around 8pm) and handled the mitigation. (They were here till midnight getting everything dry!) They were so patient working with me while I waited on getting insurance approval to cover everything. They made sure my family (husband, two babies, and a fur baby) had a roof above our heads. They had our roof replaced, carport replaced, and two bathroom remodels all covered by insurance. And the work they did was EXCELLENT. They truly treated us like family.
