I guess not much has changed from Dan's review 4 years ago. Still very slow response time, if they respond at all. Our company ordered parts, then we needed to cancel the order. They canceled the order, but never refunded our money. So they still have their parts and they have our money and it's been about 6 months. Dan Faszold 4 years ago Worst vendor I have ever worked with. They do not return your calls. Very slow service and response time. Our company ordered equipment and received it defective. I will never be using this company again.
