I called ideal electric out to put recessed lighting in my soffit. I had 2 others come out that entirely blew me off but nick and his crew got it done without removing any soffit. The job also wasn't as difficult as he had planned so my final bill was less than my quote. If I need any electrical work done in the future, they will be my first call.

We've had Nick out several times. He is always great to work with, but today he really saved the day! I always highly recommend Ideal!

This place is so unprofessional and so rude. They treat you like a number and when you talk to them they speak to you like you are not important at all and they hung up on me…. No communication, they will ghost you for days. I hate to leave bad reviews because I know reviews are really important but for a company to treat me like the way they did. I don’t believe they deserve anyone's business… Saw the great 5-star rating and I thought I was going to deal with great people And was excited to work with them but nope. They aren’t earning my business and I advise you not to give them yours.

Absolutely amazing!!! You would be wasting your time hiring any one else! Their team is so knowledgeable and friendly. We have a very old house and when they came to help with our renovation they were extremely helpful with bringing everything up to code and even suggesting small things to do in the rest of the house for safety and better usage. We even had a small electrical fire in our kitchen (an area we have not remodeled yet) and they were at the house with in 20 minutes of calling them. Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend Ideal Electric to anyone. I am so grateful to have them here in Hastings!

They made time to check an outlet when they were originally scheduled out a few weeks. They got everything working right. They even made some extra time to replace a ceiling fan. Would highly recommend.
