The first time I called them for AC repair in the summer and they were quick, repaired properly, and the service tech was great. They demanded payment that day, and that was fine. I called back yesterday (January 6th) for heater repair, and was told I didn't pay my bill in full, and they wouldn't help me until it was paid. I sent them the bank statement showing proof of payment, and they still wouldn't accept it as proof until someone found it on their end. The owner told me that if he found proof of payment, he would work with me on payment for the heater repair. (I asked for 10 days.) I called them at noon the next day, and got a rude woman who was "sorry about that missed payment" and annoyed that I still wanted heat repairs. We recently had our furnace quit of course during a terrible cold spell, I called KT Heating and Air. Mike the technician came as soon as he could, made necessary repair very quickly. We are very pleased and impressed with his knowledge of a Trane system. Besides being a very nice guy , Thank you

In late June, I came home from vacation at 11pm on a Sunday night to find my A/C unit wasn't working. I called K-T first thing Monday morning and they had a technician at my house by early afternoon. He found a bad fuse that I was unable to find, topped off the freon, and he gave the rest of the system a check. Reasonably priced and quick service. No complaints.

Thanks to Dan or Dave , talked me through attempting to reset my thermostat. Who knew they had batteries? Not me. Good service is not a thing of the past!!

Call them out for a furnace that wouldn’t light. Had someone show up and reset the system, took them about five minutes. Charged me $176. Within 24 hours it was broke down again. They said they would make it right but then get a bill for $256. They didn’t even credit me the $176 for doing absolutely nothing.
