I highly recommend Thiel Family Moving. Jake and his team are outstanding!! Everyone was very polite, efficient, and professional throughout the whole process. Over half of the items being moved had glass and nothing was broken or damaged throught the move. The price was very reasonable and fair. We will definitely use this company again if needed and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you to Jake and all of your team you guys are amazing!!

I got swindled by an online moving company. The semi arrived with my household goods, but the online company had not scheduled movers to unload. In a panic, I was given Thiel Family Moving & Transport number from a friend. Jake (owner) was a breath of fresh air. He was so supportive and professional and help me so much. Friday at four o’clock, he rallied his crew and they came on Saturday morning to unload the semi. The crew of 6 gentlemen, that came to my rescue were absolute the best. They treated my household furniture and boxes as if they were their own. Their kindness and fun banter helped to keep my spirits high during this stressful time. Will never use again! Was given a quote for 3 guys and 9 hrs for a 2 bdrm house and 2 bdrm trailer. Sent 5 guys and double charged because we had more than they thought. Guys were unprofessional and complained whole time at first house. Didn't take half of stuff at first house cause boxes weren't closed or totes didn't have lids. Was never told this was a requirement. Didn't follow placement signs at new house and have to move all but two pieces. Furniture was put in garage instead of house and just threw my Xmas decor and yard tools against back of garage(see pics). All damaged, I'm not happy!

My parents had a flood in their basement, and Jake stepped in right away with support, clear communication, and high-quality repair work. His crew helped get my parents’ belongings out of the water quickly and handled everything with care. The repairs were excellent, and his team was polite and efficient. Jake made a stressful situation so much easier, and we are extremely thankful. I would absolutely recommend Freedom First Improvements to anyone needing reliable, honest, top-tier work.

We hired Thiel Family Movers to move the things out of my mom’s apartment. The guys were so friendly and personable. They were careful with her things and were very efficient. Will definitely use them again. And would also recommend to anyone needing something moved. This is at least the fourth time we have used them.
