We called Hatch for 10 yards and said it was 2 weeks out ! The dispatcher said if we could be flexible on our pour time he would try for the same week . He called the next morning and said it was on the way ! Ron our driver was a Ace ! He stuck those chutes thru 2 doorways and never stuck his head out the cab

We've never used Hatch Concrete for product before. We are pleased and will use them again. Jarom was running late but sent texts and kept in touch, which gave us some extra pre- pour prep time. When he arrived he didn't just stay in the cab but got out and helped. We know that's not his job but we were short by a person and were working hard to keep up. He also had foresight to add a retardant to the mix, which gave us some additional prep time. Thanks Jarom!
