Hatch was great! We had to replace our incoming electrical panel per our insurance company, and Hatch got us a prompt quote and fit us into their schedule so we could finish the work before our insurance company was going to drop us. The timeline was short and they also helped out at the end by getting us the invoice quickly so we could show our insurance co. Thanks very much to the team at Hatch!

Hatch Electric came to look at our garage door after the power outage in South Lake Tahoe a few weeks ago. The workman arrived, said there was nothing he could do, and left. Was with us for less than 5 minutes. The company just sent us a bill for $115. When we called to ask, Charlow Peterson told us they charge by the hour. Be warned — use a different company if you can.

If only all businesses were so helpful! I called these guys early one morning after a tenant phone call stating their power was off. Chip the owner returned my call at 7:30 AM on a Friday. The tech was there in a half hour and my problem was taken care of in a few hours. It was a very complex problem that another company called by the tenant could not figure out, great to have peace of mind with Hatch. Will definitely use them in the future!

Best electricians in town with the fairest prices. Won't try to gauge you on initial assessment fees just charge a basic hourly fee and do the work that's necessary.

Lady on the phone was so rude and so unhelpful. Said my job was to small for her company. I would call anyone but Hatch Electric. Terrible customer service.
