Hathaway Carpet Service

Hathaway is an extremely unprofessional company with not only a terrible history of delivering on schedule but lacks any credible customer service. I had to call three weeks after Hathaway picked up material from the flooring manufacturer to find out they misplaced it. The owner was insensitive to our concern and very childish. It was very apparent that the owner whom I spoke with was a novice to the freight industry and does not have the interest in staying in it long.
