Its a whole noise violation. They play music so loud all night amd start early in the morning. So there may be 3 hours of quiet to get quality sleep at nearby hotels or residences. I know they disturb the peace at the Cambria.

Never actually parked here, only go for the Amazon locker. Unfortunately, the delivery drivers can't figure out how to get into the building half the time! Super frustrating having orders delayed or having to cancel and re-order to a different location. This is the closest locker to my house and everything that gets delivered to my home is at risk for being stolen 😔 Wish something could be done about this for better convenience for Amazon customers. Nice building though, safe location, and access from early in the AM to late at night! Please someone address this! 🥺

Great location in downtown Minneapolis. Connected to the skyway. Fair prices. When I was walking in the hallway on the skyway level, there was a vending machine with snacks and drinks and I also saw an Amazon hub.

I've usually had good experiences here. It's nice and close to the Orpheum, and you can take the skyway into the theater. But tonight I learned two things. One, that there is no way to go up a level once you've gone into the parking area. You must exit and come back. Which means your online reservation won't let you back in, and you need take a ticket. The other thing I learned? Well, even though it says $5 on the entrance, if you lose your ticket in your seat and can't get to it and you're backing everyone up, they'll make you pay a lost ticket fee of $12. Five stars for being close to the theater. Zero stars for compassion or customer service.

Yesterday I had parked here with a friend to eat at a restaurant nearby because the reviews said the parking was inexpensive. We got to the parking garage at 9:27 and returned to the garage at 11:29 (between 2 and 3 hours, so price should have been $8). We drive up to the gate, insert our ticket, and the machine gets stuck on a loading screen so we wait for a couple of minutes . We try to insert a credit card but it stays on an error screen. A couple of minutes pass, and we try to see if the end of the ticket is maybe sticking out inside the little ticket insertion area. There was nothing sticking out so this didnt help. At this point I call a number posted for assistance and am transferred from security to parking. The man on the other end checks the booth we were at and says there is no
