We had the best service call ever. Paul's sons came out and told us we didn't need the expensive main pipe snaked but only needed a vent and then turned on a dime and did several other repairs neatly and efficiently that they weren't even here for! They were polite and so fast! Mr Hayden can be very proud of these young men.

They came out within 2 hours calling them on a Saturday. Septic was backed up coming out of the toilets. They found the problem & fixed it quickly with a reasonable charge. I wouldn’t use anyone else in Calvert County.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They came to my property, spent an hour without making any progress, and admitted they had no idea what was wrong with the well. They even apologized for wasting my time and assured me I wouldn’t be charged. However, they later sent a bill for three hours of service, which ended up being paid by mistake($400) If you’re in Calvert County, I highly recommend calling another company—there are much better options locally. Avoid this company if you want honest and competent service.

Mr. Hayden and his family are always so, so incredibly helpful. I’ve used them for a few repairs at my old house, my current house, and my mom’s house next door. There has been more than one occasion (including this most recent one— a persistent drain fly problem) where Mr. Hayden has walked me through things we could try ourselves first on the phone before even SUGGESTING sending someone out. Because of that, I definitely will continue trusting anything they recommend since I know they are looking out for their customers’ bottom line. Thank you!

*Update* I recently had Paul Hayden Jr. and Sons Plumbing and Heating install a new water heater, and once again they exceeded my expectations. This wasn’t my first experience with the company, and every interaction I’ve had with them has been absolutely outstanding, today was no exception. The technicians arrived right on time, and the company communicated clearly beforehand to let me know they were on the way. The installation was done flawlessly. They were respectful of my home and property, covered the work area, and left everything clean and orderly when they were finished. Everyone I dealt with—both on the phone and in person—was polite, courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly.
