Ryan and the team at Tap remodeling were amazing to work with! From start to finish… Ryan and his team were knowledgeable, efficient, and had great options for me to choose from when it came to replacing my roof. The install process itself was seamless and I’m so happy with the finished product. They even touched up the exterior of my chimney while they were installing the roof to tie it all together. I highly recommend Tap Remodeling!

I contacted tap remodeling for an estimate, and a gentleman came out and appeared to be less concern about my issue. He brushed me off, never called back with the results of which he said would be an air estimate. Never went on top of the roof came back with a ridiculous estimate amount. There were no measurements taken, no evidence of what is needed. I reached back out to the gentleman and he said oh I’m sorry I didn’t get back with you, I been really busy, but you wasn’t so busy when you came out so there was some type of discrimination I felt once you arrived at my home. I feel that all should be treated equal. Very unprofessional and my experience was awful. Funny how they responded back to all their reviews except this one because it wasn’t to their liking which I find discriminator
