It was difficult to secure an air duct repair service in Starke, FL. I heard about Hayes Electric & Air Conditioning Co and called. They sent someone out for a quote the very next day, explaining all our options and providing various price points. On the day of installation, the foreman arrived early and detailed what to expect. The team completed the entire duct replacement in just one day, working quickly, efficiently, and courteously. We are delighted with the results and highly recommend them.

Always late and never be on time. Taking forever and didnt fix or complete the job. The price is very high and I have to pay other company to finish the job for same price but its done. After left nothing look fix or clean. Do not use this company!!

Would give 0 stars if an option. When we moved to this new town in June the day we moved in our ac capacitor went out, so I looked at who installed the system and called them I had someone else here checking out the gas when they went to my back yard didn't say but 2 words to me and fixed the part and made sure it ran and left, I yelled out to them was I gonna get a bill? How much was the repair? What all did they fix? And the next day they show up with a damn near $300 bill for a $10 capacitor part . I called them fuming since they told me no price or discussed anything with me! They were literally here maybe 10 minutes. The owner popped off with well are you gonna pay it?! I said well duh cause you did the work but you will never be back out to my home the lack of communication and price

They are nice and family friendly. They work very efficient and get done fast. The only problem is that they are having problems getting some materials so some of the jobs that they do may take longer than estimated.to get done, but they will keep you posted as to when they get what is needed to your job done.

I have used Hayes for almost 15 years, for all my electrical services. They have recently installed a switch box/hard wiring for my generator then a new a/c unit. They have always responded when I needed them and have done great work. I am thankful we have such knowledgeable honest folks right here in our community!
