Poor communication and terrible customer service. The technician showed up but did not repair the leak. I called back the same day to approve the recommended repair, which required opening the wall, only to be told the technician was already off and the office had no information on the job. Several days went by with no follow-up. When I called again just to get a status update, I was told to find another company because they were booked. Completely unacceptable. Wasted time, no resolution, and no accountability. I would not recommend Haynes Plumbing to anyone

He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently, and the quality of their workmanship really shows. The complete lack of communication, follow-through, and basic courtesy was astounding. Michael & Mike were fabulous and replaced my hot water heater with grace and kindness even when it was the day after Christmas and a big, difficult, soaking wet job! The front office was incredibly kind and flexible with scheduling - especially around/over/during the Christmas holidays! Thank you so much, Michael, Mike & everyone who helped our family have hot water again! We are so incredibly grateful!!

The service was great, the tech. was knowable and quick with the work completed. The kitchen sink was unstopped and water was no longer backing up into the dishwasher. Will recommend Haynes Plumbing for their service.
