Ann and June were nice people! She cleaned my dryer thoroughly and He put a new outside vent cover on.. They did have to come back because it started acting up right after they left, it was probably a sensor.,,but they did not charge me..extra! I highly recommend them!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I received pressure to remove a post after sharing my experience with this business. Ultimately, I decided to take it down because I was exhausted from the harassment. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences, yet when a company dislikes the reality presented, they attempt to suppress it to prevent others from making informed choices. Given this encounter, I have no intention of using this business again. Update on my review: As stated before, I had a terrible experience with this company. It’s now clear they did not properly diagnose the issue. Today, my dryer was repaired by an experienced and knowledgeable company, and the problem was immediately identified as a faulty control panel and heating element. Both were the issue from the start.
