poor customer service. dock staff is lazy. somewhat tight for backing into docks. no facility for drivers. no overnight parking. arrived 445pm to check in finally at 553pm was able to check in. excuse was a meeting. put sign on door or something tht says be back at certain time. meeting in progress. simple and direct.

I don’t know why people shitting on this place but Anthony was very professional and helpful yes it is tight to maneuver but as truck driver you need to know how to do that office door is by door 22

Parking is very tight trailers blocking docks i had to blind side 2 different workers telling me different docks. One worker said the trailer movers don't care where they put the trailers once you get turned around its a easy dock to park

More than enough room to maneuver, you’ll be fine. Arrived 7:50 for 8AM appointment Got dock right away, by 8:04 they started unloading me. (Full 53 trailer to unload) Finished at 8:33 Trailer unlocked at 8:34 I was dealing with two gentleman during check in, no issues. 5/5 for the quick unload

How to appointment 11 AM showed up 15 minutes early got out three hours later they take everybody before you probably the people they know specially locals my load was easy to unload. Let’s stay 15-20 minutes the most. Yes, something else. It’s very tight to get in the dark and get out.
